Something on our network is being used against you or someone else. Tell us what you saw and we will look at it.

What we act on

Anything against our Acceptable Use Policy: phishing and fraud, malware, attack traffic from our network, spam infrastructure, child sexual abuse material, copyright infringement and other unlawful use.

Include what lets us find it

  • The domain or full URL involved.
  • The IP address, with the date, time and timezone — without a timezone we usually cannot match a log line.
  • Evidence: log lines, request headers, message headers. Paste it raw; we would rather have too much than a summary.

What happens next

You get a reference number by email. An operator identifies the customer responsible and enforces the policy against them.

We cannot tell you who the customer is without a lawful order. Copyright complaints are forwarded to them, because we deliver traffic and do not host it — they are the only party who can take anything down.

Prefer email?

[email protected] reaches the same place. Include the same information — a report without a URL or a timezone usually cannot be actioned, whichever way it arrives.
